Wagga Wagga Show Young Women Competition

Are you a committed and enthusiastic member of your local community?

Then why not join the Young Women Wagga Wagga Competition

And recap the benefits…

The Wagga Wagga Show Society is seeking young Wagga Ladies to promote and represent

The Wagga Show Society during her term as Young Woman Wagga

Could this be you?

The Young Women Competition aims to find a young female ambassador for rural NSW and the Agricultural Show movement. The Statewide Competition attracts over 300 women aged between 18-25 years of age each year and plays a significant role in the overall development of rural youth within NSW. Following an entrant’s success at their local Show, the Young Women then participates in the Zone Final, for a chance to progress to the Sydney Royal Easter Show competition .

The winning Young Woman of a local Show Society reigns for a year until the next Show. Being the Young Woman winner means being involved in your local Show. Involve your Young Women and get them to perform various tasks which could include opening the Show, public speaking throughout the year, presenting prizes for winners in agricultural events, assisting in organizing the next Young Women Competition, speaking with media, generally being in the public eye and encouraging entry by speaking with potential candidates.
